My Little Princess

I realize I brag about my grandchildren, but they are so sweet and loving...how could I not?

Today, my three-year-old granddaughter, Gracelyn, went with her mother (my daughter) to a princess party. Gracelyn has always loved princesses and even the theme of her 3rd birthday was princesses!

Anyway, Heather (my daughter) took Gracelyn to this party being held in our community. I didn't go because I was spending quality time with Xavier (Gracelyn's 6 yr old brother). When Heather came back, I took some pictures of my princess. And of course...I knew I'd have to share them with everyone!

New Cover!!

I think I've said this before...but there's nothing like getting a new book cover. It's like Christmas all over again - but better. :)

I decided to do a little swapping with my characters and the titles in my "Heaven" series (Christian historical romance stories - The Grayson Brothers), and this will be book #2 - "Touching Heaven".  My hope is to have it out by the first part of August!!

T-Ball!

My grandson is in T-ball this year and tonight was his first game. His team had only one practice, so it was quite comical to watch those kids trying to figure out what to do after they hit the ball. lol

The first time Xavier hit the ball (it took him three times to hit the ball without knocking down the "T" on which it sat) he ran to first base. Okay - coach helped him to run to first base since he didn't know - but then none of the other kids knew what they were doing, either. Anyway, the next kid gets up and hits the ball - which comes toward Xavier. So he ran after the ball instead of running to second base. Yeah...times like this I wish we had brought our video-recorder. Sheesh! lol  Needless to say, the whole game was full of kids doing funny things.

My favorite time was when a kid hit the ball and on his way to first base, picks up the ball he just hit and runs to first base with it. Ain't NOBODY gonna touch him with the ball and get him out now! hahahaha

Anxious for book #2
